Hi, I’m Baiba.
I am a pastry chef and award winning cake decorator at Lough Erne Cakes, the company has been established in 2011 in a beautiful island town called Enniskillen in Co.Fermanagh, and since 2007 we call this place a home.
We have been so lucky to work with amazing couples from different countries around the world to making their dream wedding cakes and established our brand very strong with more than 60 venues across the country.
It took me many years of trail and error to give me the knowledge that I needed to get where I am today. I made this school to give you the knowledge that I needed when I started out!
